If interested, submit an abstract of up to 150 words by email to daysol17@lx.it.pt with the subject "DAYSOL17-abstract-submission", before 19 February 2017.

Please indicate whether you prefer to present a flash presentation (5 minutes talk) or a poster.

Please use the Abstract template for preparing your abstract.


Language

English is the official language and will be used for all the presentations and printed documents.

We have 10 grants of up to 500 euros each (following COST travel reimbursement rules) to offer to participants submitting abstracts !
Eligible applicants shoud be StableNextSol COST (MP1307)  members and cannot be reimbursed by COST by other means (e.g. as MC member). See the full list of COST MP1307 members here.
To apply, you should send a motivation letter with your details together with your abstract.

Invited Talks from Industry

The presentation time for each invited talk is 25 min (20 min + 5 min for discussion).


Short/Flash Talks

The presentation time for each short talk is 10 min (including discussion) .


Poster Presentations

The posters will be displayed in the lobby of the conference venue. Poster size A0, maximal dimensions 90 x 120 cm. Material for holding posters will be provided on-site. The posters can be mounted at the first hour of the conference and should be removed at the end of the day.
 

Recordings

Audio/video recording is not allowed without the prior agreement of the speaker.

The organizers reserve the right to take photographs during the event.
